Who We Are
Our agency services individuals who are diagnosed with an intellectual, physical, or mental health disability between the ages of 18 – 59 years old. Imani Home and Community Care, LLC was started in 2022. The owner graduated from Temple University with her BSW in 2006. We provide services to Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.
Our Mission
Imani Home and Community Care, LLC (IHCC) is an I/DD agency founded on the principles of respect, dignity, autonomy, integrity, and empowerment. As we partner with individuals, their families, and communities, IHCC’s mission is to provide outstanding support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to achieve the everyday life that they choose. Our goal at IHCC is to support individuals to achieve a quality of life that is safe, stable, meaningful, and person-centered.
Our Vision
Everyone has a meaning and purpose in life regardless of a disability, and anyone can achieve their everyday life goals with the required support and services that are offered at Imani Home and Community Care, LLC.
About the Owner
